I really liked school and I liked (still like learning)!

When I was at school I wasn’t too sure what I wanted to be, apart from I knew I wanted it to be quite practical using maths and physics, and putting all the experiments I had done in classes and I wanted to get into something that helps people and just makes a difference.

My job know basically answers all of the above.
I use my analytical and numerical knowledge to design sewers, my computer knowledge to build a hydraulic model, my geography knowledge to learn about the aspects of the land, rivers and watercourses.
More importantly, my job does help somebody in one way or another everyday, as everyone uses water in some way in a daily basis, and a toilet and we all benefit from working sewer systems.
