Depends on what you want to do. there are different universities which are good for specific fields. I would research about it a lot, league table are good but not always accurate, sometimes you see a name of a university on top but it doesn’t necessarily mean they are good in the field you want to do. Just remember, there are many criteria that you need to pay attention to when it comes to choosing a university and it’s not only about how high they are on the university table. for example, Cranfield University is one of the best universities in engineering especially aerospace university, but you won’t even see their name on the league table.

I went to the University of Surrey, and I loved everything about it.

That’s a very broad question, and very difficult to answer without more information. The best university for you is a combination of many things: what you want to study, what your grades are, what the university is good at (related to what you want to study), is it in the right place (part of the world or country), are the fees the right price and of course whether you like it when you visit! It’s not all about the league tables, because whilst they are helpful…it could be that you’re looking at the best university in the world, but if you don’t like it when you go to visit, it’s not the right place for you.
