I normally wake up at about 7.30 as I need to shower, eat breakfast and walk my dog before heading to work.

I wake up between 0600 and 0630 (depending how tired I am!) and then I eat breakfast in the office. I’m really lucky, because my work is very flexible. As long as I get my work done and turn up to meetings, it’s not so important that I’m at my desk in the office at a certain time. Having said that, I do like to work in the office because I get distracted when I’m at home. It takes me just over an hour to get into work and I really don’t like travelling at rush hour (I get the bus and the underground so it gets super busy), so I leave really early so I can come home early and still get a lot of work done.

I wake up at 06:30 and either cycle to work or drive to work.
If I drive I leave at 7:00am to avoid the traffic and it takes 20 mins. If I cycle it takes me about 40mins, but it’s a good long cycle, and it’s a nice start to the day.

Oh, I love my morning sleep, so I keep snoozing my alarm as much as possible, so I usually get up at 7:30-7:45, get ready, get to work by 8:15, I eat my breakfast at work. We also have flexible hours, so I can come a bit later, and leave a bit later on the other side, or vice versa.
