Varied. No day is the same as there are so many aspects to the engineering that I do. Some days I’ll be in front of my computer doing some code, other days I’m in the physiotherapy gym with amputees and clinicians to see how my technology could be useful for them and get feedback from them. There are times that instead I might be writing up my results and doing some analysis. There are lots of different things to do to keep me occupied and make sure I don’t get bored!

      It’s great!!

You do become the person in your group of friends that always looks at things and picks fault from anything badly designed.

Or you are always looking at how something is made and how it works.

Or thinking of how to make things better….

It’s perfect! everyday new things to do, constantly learning new things, you get surrounded by clever people and you learn many things from them. for me some days I’m doing computer modelling, somedays in the lab creating a mess 😀 somedays out with the company for STEM activities in different schools, somedays in the meeting from morning (you get nice lunches 🙂 )

All of these to a side, all your friends will think you are very smart and cool 😀 and when you tell people you are engineer somehow they are always impressed 😀
