      Very.

But rewarding at the same time.

I think every job has it’s own challenges, but it doesn’t mean that you can’t get through them. For me, doing a PhD the challenges can be quite varied: waiting for feedback so you can improve the technology, waiting to get ethics approval so you can start testing, learning skills that you have never used before so you can do your project, figuring out what to do next when you have no idea, knowing what you need to do but not knowing how….that’s just a few that I can think of right now.
I know that seems like a lot, but honestly it doesn’t feel like that much when you live through it! Getting through the challenges are often the most rewarding and satisfying times 🙂

I think every job can be challenging to some point, especially if you are in an industry which does more innovative stuff. I’m currently a Doctorate student, and my work can be challenging most of the days, since there are loads of things that need to be solved, and they haven’t been previously solved by others. However, I enjoy it, it makes it fun and interesting. Also, there are always many experienced people around to help 🙂

Really challenging, some days more challenging than others, but it’s interesting and rewarding too.
