I went through a very bad period of time health-wise last year, I missed so much time from work and my doctorate, and it was making me very stressed and I thought it will get to a point that I have to stop my doctorate. Thankfully I’m better now, and it was during that time that I realised there is nothing more valuable than good health, both mentally and physically.

Mine is my happiness/mental health. I think it is something that is so easily missed but it’s vitally important. When I got injured it was very difficult for me as I had to give up on my career in the military. When you’re not happy, it weighs everything down and it makes it difficult to want to go to work or enjoy hobbies. You don’t realise how important it is until you don’t have it and you are trying to get it back!
