Well, I do loads of STEM activities at different schools for different kids at various ages. I didn’t have the opportunity when I was at school to get to talk to people with different careers, so my goal is to help the students to understand all the possibilities they have. I try to talk to them about STEM and always show them examples of what we do, so they can see and understand if this is something they want to do. Making a decision for your future career can be very difficult and confusing, so I just love to help and make it maybe a bit more straight-forward for them. I also understand that some students might not like STEM but that is also fine, I always try to advice them as best as I can on how to achieve their goals in whatever they have a passion for.
